Users use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fintech Filings, its directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, consultants, and technology providers against claims arising from false submissions, fraudulent activities, violation of laws, intellectual property infringement, misuse of services, unauthorized disclosures, or regulatory violations by the User.
