At Fintech Filings Private Limited, we strive to provide you with the best possible service. Our Refund Policy for Assisted Services, including tax advice and tax return preparation, is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in the services we provide.
Once access to the platform is provided, Fintech Filings Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted.
Fintech Filings Private Limited will not be responsible for paying any penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the services or deadlines. We are not liable for the outcome or any additional costs related to the completion of services, penalties, taxes, duties, or any other payments paid to the exchequer is not covered under this return or policy.
Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, and we do not offer refunds once the tax expert has reviewed your tax summary, provided tax advice, or assisted in the preparation of your tax return. If you have received tax advice or expert assistance, whether over the phone, via email, or through chat, you are no longer eligible for a refund. The involvement of the tax expert in your tax filing process includes any form of communication or assistance related to your tax return.
Once the tax advice and/or return preparation services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued. The provision of services includes expert reviews, consultations, and any associated guidance provided to you.
Refund and Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through our customer support channels within the stipulated time frame. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the services provided, the assistance offered, and any communication exchanged with the tax expert.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, please note that Fintech Filings Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to our platform is granted. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service.
